2022 WGRQ SuperHits 95.9 “ULTIMATE CRUISE GETAWAY”

Official Contest Rules

1. The “ULTIMATE CRUISE GETAWAY” contest will be conducted from April 11, 2022 – April 26, 2022 on WGRQ-FM SuperHits 95.9.
2. The ULTIMATE CRUISE GETAWAY “contest sounder” will air five (5) times per day between the hours of 5:00am – 7:00pm, Monday through Friday, April 11 – 22, 2022.
3. The 9^th caller through on the WGRQ-FM SuperHits 95.9 studio line at 540-891-9959 when the “contest sounder” airs will receive a “prize pack” with a minimum $15 value (prizes may vary) and qualify to win a grand prize cruise for two.
4. All qualifiers must be 18 years of age or older.
5. Grand Prize Winner will be selected at a “Bon Voyage Party” on Tuesday, Apil 26, 2022 from 6pm – 8pm at Park Lane Tavern, 1 Towne Centre Blvd., Fredericksburg, VA  22407.  Qualifiers must be present to win.  If a qualifier cannot attend, they may designate a proxy to take their place.  A proxy form will be emailed to all qualifiers.
6. Up to ten (10) additional qualifiers may be selected at the Bon Voyage Party via a random drawing. 
7. A grand prize winner will be randomly selected on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at approximately 7:45pm.  Each qualifier present at the Bon Voyage Party will receive an envelope to all be opened at the same time.  Only one (1) envelope will contain a card that reads “CRUISE WINNER!”.  All other envelopes will contain blank cards.  
8. Grand prize description:  A cruise package for one winner and a guest on May 19 – 27, 2022.  Package includes double occupancy ship accommodations in an ocean view stateroom on the Royal Caribbean “Enchantment of the Seas” for eight nights, meals and entertainment while on the cruise ship, port charges, taxes and fees.  The cruise itinerary includes stops at Kings Wharf, Bermuda; Nassau, Bahamas, and “Perfect Day at Cococay”, Bahamas.
9. Winner and guest will be responsible for any additional fees, to include gratuities. 
10. Required travel documents include a valid ID/driver’s license AND a birth certificate.  Passports are not required but are recommended.
11. There is no cash value to the promotion.
12. Winner must provide the full legal name and date of birth for themselves and their guest no later than 4:00pm EST on April 29, 2022.  If the winner is unable to claim the grand prize, the prize may be transferred to another party.  However, the full legal name and date of birth of the persons claiming the grand prize cruise package must be submitted to WGRQ-FM SuperHits 95.9 no later than 4:00pm EST on April 29, 2022 or the grand prize must be forfeited.
13. Only one member per household may win the $15-value “prize package” and qualify for the grand prize cruise during the contest.  
14. Telemedia Broadcasting,WGRX-FM Thunder 104.5, WGRQ-FM SuperHits 95.9 employees, all sponsors and their families are not eligible to win.
15. No purchase necessary.
16. Participation in contest constitutes permission for WGRQ-FM SuperHits 95.9 and sponsors, without further obligation to the contest winner, to use winner name, voice and likeness for purposes of advertising.
17. Failure to comply with all contest rules may result in your disqualification.  Any rule interpretations or changes will be made by Telemedia Broadcasting’s management.  These decisions are final.
