Paula is a true blue Virginia girl. Born and raised in Manassas, Virginia, she graduated from Osbourn High School and went on to George Mason University, where she received her degree in Communications. Paula remembers playing “radio” as a kid, with a tape recorder and a hairbrush! Her radio career includes WRAR-FM in Tappahannock and WINC-FM in Winchester. Paula is a self-described “wine nerd”; she has visited the Napa Valley in California and the Finger Lakes Region of New York, but her true passion is Virginia wine. She enjoys exploring the many terrific Virginia wineries and learning more about wine in general. Other hobbies include reading history and mysteries, and music (of course)! She loves to get together with friends to play guitar (although not particularly well) and sing (again, not particularly well). From goldfish to guinea pigs, cats and dogs, Paula loves animals and currently has one very spoiled cat, Samantha.
